Project Description

D&B Project Responsibilities

Resident Engineering Inspection Services for the Reconstruction of Grand Concourse Service Roads between East  165 Street and East 172 Street, including widening of median/malls, replacement of combined sewers, relocation of distribution water mains, installation of street lighting and landscaping work. D&B is responsible for all requisite  services necessary for the inspection, supervision, management, coordination and administration of the Project.  D&B’s efforts will ensure that construction work is properly executed, completed in a timely fashion, and conforms to the requirements of the contract documents, and is performed in accordance with accepted industry practice  standards. D&B is providing these services for the duration of the Project, including both pre- and post-construction.
