The existing SCADA system was upgraded to include the new equipment.
D&B prepared the preliminary design report, contract drawings and contract specifications for this project. D&B provided assistance during the bidding phase. Construction phase services included site inspection as well as project administration. D&B assisted the District in obtaining approvals from the Nassau County Department of Health (NCDH).
