The City of Yonkers/Yonkers Public Schools has approved D&B as a qualified consultant to provide A&E and Construction Management Services. D&B joins a list of other qualified firms for specific Con-struction Management Projects required by the Yonkers Public Schools. The scope of construction services includes Pre-Construction Services; Phase I – assist with the project program, budget, timetable, and advisability of various bidding options and timing of construction; Phase II – provide on-site staff Construction Project Manager to perform and coordinate contractors to expedite their work and maintain quality control and conformance to the contract documents.
The contract term is 24 months with an additional 12 month extension option.
