Firms that have been awarded contracts by NYC Agencies are subject to a rigorous evaluation process. The Mayor’s Office of Contract Services requires the appropriate city agency to complete a Contract Performance Evaluation form which rates the awarded firm’s performance. This evaluation form includes three criteria; Timeliness of Performance, Fiscal Administration and Accountability and Performance and Overall Quality of Service. Each of the criteria are rated on a scale from unsatisfactory to excellent. Firms competing for NYC contracts benefit from receiving high evaluation marks.
D&B has recently received Contract Performance Evaluations on two New York City Department of Environmental Protection projects. One assignment is managed by the Environmental Remediation and Multimedia Compliance Division. The contract calls for D&B to provide Engineering Services for Inspection of Chemical Storage Tanks. D&B received a rating of EXCELLENT for each of the three evaluation criteria and an overall contract rating of EXCELLENT. Congratulations to Brian Veith and his team in managing this project and receiving the highest possible performance evaluation. The second project is managed by the Wastewater Collection and Treatment Division. The contract requires D&B to provide Construction Management and EHS services in connection with a variety of Capital Improvement Projects at various Bureau of Water Treatment (BWT) facilities. Again, D&B received a rating of EXCELLENT for each of the three evaluation criteria and an overall contract rating of EXCELLENT. Congratulations to John Schreck for providing direction for this contract and receiving the highest level of customer satisfaction.
