The Mayor’s Office of Contract Services recently gave D&B a performance evaluation for an existing project. In New York City, agencies are required to monitor vendor performance on contracts. The contract in question is owned by the New York City Department of Environmental Protection (NYCDEP) for Design of Final Settling Tanks at Wards Island Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP).
The evaluation is based on the following elements of measurement:
- Timeliness of Performance
- Fiscal Administration and Accountability
- Performance and Overall Quality of Service
In all three rating categories, D&B scored a rating of GOOD. Congratulations to the D&B Team.
