D&B’s services for the installation of Granular Activated Carbon (GAC) Treatment Systems for the removal of Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) from water supply wells include preparation of Engineering Design Reports for submittal to the presiding regulatory agency, preparation of detailed plans and specifications for bidding purposes, and construction and inspection services to ensure that construction is performed in compliance with the approved contract documents.

We also provide design and construction services for the electrical, controls, HVAC, chemical treatment and other involved associated systems.

D&B designs GAC storage system buildings to blend with the surrounding community, ranging from pre-engineered metal facilities to architecturally enhanced brick and block structures.

All new facilities are designed for integration with the existing water supply and treatment equipment.
