Dennis F. Koehler, P.E. has over 40 years of experience devoted to the design of wastewater, water supply, civil, environmental and heavy construction projects. As a Senior Vice President at D&B, he possesses indispensable knowledge, experience and expertise in all phases of design and construction of major wastewater treatment facilities including pumping stations, force mains and other related components.
Often seen as D&B’s ultimate pumping station resource, Mr. Koehler has performed investigations, designs, construction management, startup and troubleshooting for the construction of over 60 new, rehabilitated and storm hardened pumping stations. He leverages his experience to offer vital insight throughout each phase, allowing project teams to provide reliable and cost-effective services that also streamline project delivery.
Mr. Koehler has served as a 1st Lieutenant in the Army Corps of Engineers and is an active member of numerous professional societies involving water and wastewater management, including the New York Water Environment Association and the American Society of Plumbing Engineers.
