Christopher Koegel, P.E., CCM, Senior Vice President of D&B, oversees the Construction Management and Wastewater Divisions in addition to being a leader in the overall management of the company’s day-to-day operations. With more than 20 years of experience, Mr. Koegel’s depth of expertise and strategic planning has made him an integral leader at D&B and well-respected within the regional engineering/construction community.
As a registered Professional Engineer in New York State, a Certified Construction Manager and an Associate DBIA (aDBIA), Mr. Koegel leads complex municipal infrastructure and environmental projects with lasting positive impacts on local communities. His expertise spans all phases of project delivery, including strategic planning, data evaluation, cost-benefit analysis, and constructability reviews. He is experienced in contractor oversight, client and stakeholder coordination, and managing design, bidding, and inspection. He prioritizes quality control, special inspections, and field crew supervision. His leadership in schedule reviews, claims analysis, cost estimating, change order negotiations, and value engineering ensures projects are delivered efficiently and effectively.
Mr. Koegel is an active member of the Construction Manager’s Association of America (CMAA) and Design Build Institute of America (DBIA).
