D&B is pleased to announce the promotion of Robbin A. Petrella to Senior Associate. In her new role, she will continue to manage day-to-day activities within the firm’s Environmental Remediation and Multimedia Environmental Compliance Division while also serving as project and contract manager on a number of ongoing projects.
Robbin joined D&B in 1990 and has over 30 years’ experience conducting Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments, hazardous waste investigation and remediation programs, as well as regulatory compliance audits at a wide range of active and inactive facilities. She is a Certified Chemical Data Validator and a licensed Lead-Based Paint Risk Assessor.
“Robbin has been a major contributor to the success and growth of D&B in her professional capacity, leadership, and involvement with our community outreach,” commented D&B President Steven A. Fangmann. “She embodies the spirit of D&B’s dedication to our clients and also to her co-workers.”
Robbin serves as project manager for a multi-site Site Management Portfolio under D&B’s Standby Superfund Contract with the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation, the Governor’s Office of Storm Recovery Superstorm Sandy Assistance program, as well as providing Regulatory Compliance Assistance to one of New York City’s major hospital networks. She is also the contract manager for D&B’s standby contracts with the New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation.
Robbin began her career with D&B as the firm’s Quality Assurance/Quality Control Officer, advancing throughout the years to the position of Senior Project Manager, which she held before being promoted to Senior Associate. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from State University of New York at Buffalo.
