As the new year begins, I want to thank you for your continued trust and partnership with D&B Engineers and Architects. Having worked alongside many of you for years, I value these relationships and the collaboration that has helped define our shared success.
Effective this month, I am officially assuming the role of President and CEO of D&B. This leadership transition was thoughtfully planned to ensure continuity, stability, and the same high level of service you expect from our firm. Steve Fangmann remains actively involved as Chairman of the Board, providing strategic guidance and continuity as we move forward.
Throughout this transition, our team has remained fully engaged—maintaining project momentum and supporting our clients without disruption. This next chapter reflects D&B’s long-term strategy and our commitment to promoting leadership from within while planning responsibly for the future. We have worked with our clients to address an ever-changing regulatory landscape and to improve our aging infrastructure. We look forward to continuing this work with you as we move into the future.
Looking ahead, our focus remains on delivering innovative engineering solutions, strengthening partnerships, and continuing to grow in a thoughtful and sustainable way. Open communication is central to how we work, and I believe strong relationships are built on ongoing dialogue and accessibility.
