D&B Engineers and Architects was proud to once again participate in the 2026 CBIZ Workplace Challenge (formerly named Marcum Workplace Challenge) at Jones Beach State Park on July 28, joining thousands of professionals from across Long Island for an event that celebrated teamwork, wellness, and community.
A long-standing tradition at D&B, the Workplace Challenge continues to be an event D&B employees look forward to each year. Team members from across the firm came together to run, walk, and cheer one another on, demonstrating the camaraderie and collaborative spirit that define our culture.
Special congratulations to the D&B runners and walkers, and a big thank you to the D&B teammates who were there to cheer on the team!

Beyond the finish line, the event provided an opportunity to connect with colleagues outside the workplace while supporting charitable organizations that make a positive impact throughout the Long Island community. Participating in events like the Workplace Challenge reflects D&B’s ongoing commitment to employee wellness, community engagement, and fostering meaningful connections among our team.
We are grateful to everyone who participated, volunteered, and supported Team D&B, helping make this year’s event another memorable success. We also extend our thanks to the organizers and volunteers who made the day possible.
We’re already looking forward to continuing the tradition at next year’s Workplace Challenge!
