As a dedicated supporter of The Maurer Foundation, D&B is glad to be a part of An Evening To Remember, the inspiring Pink Diamond Gala held on Friday, October 17 at Russo’s on the Bay.
The event brought together passionate community members and advocates, all united in advancing breast health education and early detection. The evening’s program highlighted the remarkable contributions of honoree Thomas S. Reynolds, whose commitment to the Foundation’s mission continues to make a meaningful difference. Guests were especially moved by Lela Schlanger, a Northport High School senior, who shared a powerful personal story underscoring the life-changing impact of the Foundation’s work.
From spirited auctions and exciting raffle prizes to a vibrant dance floor, the gala was filled with energy, generosity, and hope. Thanks to the collective efforts of sponsors, donors, and attendees, the event raised nearly $370,000 to support life-saving breast health initiatives across Long Island and the five boroughs.
