ASCE Presents D&B With the 2017 Project of the Year Award

On May 4, 2017 the ASCE Long Island Branch hosted an awards dinner, where the 2017 project of the year award was presented. The award was given to the Nassau County Department of Public Works (NCDPW) for the Bay Park STP Perimeter Flood Wall and Berm Project. Executive Vice President Steven Fangmann, P.E., BCEE  was presented with the award for D&B Engineers and Architects, P.C.’s involvement with the project. D&B’s presence at the award ceremony also included Resident Engineer Paul Cimino, P.E. and his Construction Management Team, including Frederick W. Hoeffner, Construction Inspector and Lance Woodward, Office Engineer. Additionally, D&B’s very own Matthew Thogersen was sworn in as Treasurer for ASCE, Metropolitan Section, Long Island Branch at the awards dinner. Congratulations to the D&B Team for this outstanding accomplishment!
