On July 23, D&B Senior Engineer, and proud Manhattan University alum, Stephen Laun, returned to campus in a special role: guest lecturer at the University’s Summer Engineering Camp for grades 5–7.
Laun gave an interactive talk on drinking water treatment. He walked students through how clean, safe water gets from source to tap, and the crucial part engineers play in making that happen.
The students were fully engaged, asked sharp and curious questions, and left with a new respect for the water supply systems that support our everyday lives. A big thank you to Manhattan University for fostering the next generation of STEM leaders!
