A licensed Professional Engineer in three states, Mr. Anthony O. Conetta has over 40 years’ experience in municipal and industrial wastewater, stormwater, water supply, watersheds, solid waste, and sludge projects. He currently serves as a Principal Engineering of D&B and is responsible for managing activities associated with the preparation of environmental impact statements; environmental assessments; long-term planning and cost-effectiveness analysis; and public participation/community relations programs required under federal, state and local environmental regulations. In addition, Mr. Conetta has substantial experience in preparing and reviewing grant applications for federal, state and other sources of funding available for planning and construction of various environmental projects.
Mr. Conetta has been an active member of the New York Water Environment Association (NYWEA) for nearly 40 years participating in the Metro, Long Island and Lower Hudson Chapters. With the Lower Hudson Chapters, he has served as a Director and as Chapter Chairperson, as well as serving as Chapter Representative to NYWEA’s Board. He is also an active member of the Westchester Water Conference, the Westchester County Association of Public Works Administrators, and the Westchester Municipal Planning Federation.
