Olga J. Mubarak, Senior Vice President of D&B, provides leadership in the overall management of the company’s day-to-day operations while managing projects within the Wastewater Collection/Treatment Division and overseeing the Architectural Division. In a career spanning over 30 years, she has established herself as a highly respected role model, mentor, and leader in the engineering community on Long Island.
Ms. Mubarak has served as a Project Manager/Project Engineer for a variety of high-profile wastewater and environmental engineering projects, all vitally important to the health of the water ecosystem on Long Island. In addition to wastewater, storm water, and related permitting activities, her experience includes technical engineering reviews and evaluations for project planning, design, oversight of contract submissions for municipal projects compliance, and complete construction management services. She also represents clients in matters involving wastewater treatment plant DMR/SPDES (Discharge Monitoring Report/State Pollutant Discharge Elimination System) operating permits.
Ms. Mubarak is an active member of professional engineering societies, including the New York Water Environment Association (NYWEA) and the Society of Women Engineers (SWE).
