Philip R. Sachs, P.E. is a Vice President of D&B and is the lead designer for the firm’s Water Supply Division. He consistently guides design teams to identify efficient and practical methods that satisfy project objectives. A licensed professional engineer, he specializes in the design and construction of water supply wells, treatment facilities and water mains for private and municipal water suppliers.
Mr. Sachs’ experience managing multi-disciplined project teams has resulted in integrated designs of complex design projects that are code-compliant, functional and efficient. Through his guidance, projects can fulfill the requirements of local and state regulatory agencies, utility organizations and municipalities to secure permit approvals.
