Robert F. Serpente, P.E., BCEEMr. Serpente has over 45 years of experience and has been an integral part of D&B/ Guarino for nearly three decades, during which he has been responsible for a wide range of projects relating to wastewater collection and treatment, water treatment and distribution, pipeline engineering, and water and wastewater residuals treatment and disposal. Prior to joining the firm, he served PWD as plant and project engineer, superintendent of the 185 MGD Southwest Water Pollution Control Plant (WPCP) and manager of the 3,000-mile sewer collection system.
