Robert L. Raab, P.E., BCEE, CCM has over 50 years of professional experience as a civil engineer and environmental engineer. Having served in the public sector for decades and at D&B for almost 20 years, he is an expert in infrastructure improvements and municipal services. He has been project manager on a diverse array of design and construction management projects that include wastewater treatment and public water supply systems, road and bridge reconstruction, solid and hazardous waste management, building rehabilitation and coastal restoration projects, among others.
Mr. Raab is a licensed professional engineer, a Board Certified Environmental Engineer and a Certified Construction Manager. He has served on many high-profile infrastructure projects and has been affiliated with the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA), the American Public Works Association (APWA), the National Society of Professional Engineers (NSPE), and the Water Environment Federation (WEF).
