Steven M. CabreraSpecialty: Environmental Review and Permitting
With over three decades of experience, Steven M. Cabrera is the head of D&B’s Environmental Studies and Permits group and currently manages, directs and coordinates environmental review and permitting requirements for projects—particularly those requiring environmental review under federal, state or other local environmental review regulations. Mr. Cabrera’s project experience comprises stormwater planning, design and permitting; environmental permitting; environmental assessments/impact statements under New York State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQRA); environmental assessments under the New York City Environmental Quality Review process (CEQR); and special environmental studies and/or field programs.
