William D. Merklin, P.E. serves as a Executive Vice President at D&B and has over 27 years of experience specializing in the design and construction of water supply and infrastructure projects. A licensed professional engineer, his project experience includes master planning, design, construction oversight and inspection of water supply and other municipal infrastructure projects.
Mr. Merklin has designed and prepared plans and specifications for the construction of water treatment, distribution and storage tanks, municipal swimming pools, as well as roadway and drainage projects. He remains active within the water supply and public works communities and is a longtime member of the American Water Works Association (AWWA), the Long Island Water Conference (LIWC) and American Public Works Association (APWA).
