The Maurer Foundation’s 31st Annual Golf Classic Shatters Records with D&B’s Support

D&B is an annual supporter of The Maurer Foundation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit whose mission is to save lives through breast health education that focuses on breast cancer prevention, early detection and healthy lifestyle choices.

This year marked the 31^st Maurer Foundation Golf Classic which was held on May 11 at the Mill River Club and Meadow Brook Club, and D&B took to the course to participate once again.

D&B’s Chairman of the Board of Directors Steve Fangmann and Senior Vice President Joe Marturano participated, and D&B was a Pink Diamond sponsor of the golf event and fundraiser. Each year, Steve and his wife Lucia, serve on the Golf Classic committee.

The event was a huge success, shattering previous records, selling out both courses and bringing together the largest number of golfers in the event’s three-decade history. Congratulations to the 2026 Honoree, Jon Santemma, who’s extraordinary generosity and commitment to the foundation helped to raise over $350,000 for breast cancer health education.
